Terms & Conditions

1. 1.1 Santo Draw (also written as SantiDraw) is an online prize draw product operated by Awa Lawa Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria and the licensed operator of SantiLotto.
2. 1.2 Santo Draw is operated under the Sports Lottery Licence issued to Awa Lawa Limited by the Ekiti State Lotteries Board. All draws conducted through santidraw.com are subject to that licence and to applicable Nigerian gaming regulations.
3. 1.3 Registered address: Lagos, Nigeria. For all enquiries: support@santidraw.com.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• "Draw" means any prize draw made available on the Platform, including but not limited to the NGN 50, NGN 200, and NGN 500 entry tiers.
• "Entry" means a valid, paid submission by a Participant into a Draw.
• "Operator" means Awa Lawa Limited, trading as SantiLotto, operating Santo Draw.
• "Participant" or "you" means any eligible individual who enters a Draw.
• "Platform" means the website at santidraw.com and any associated mobile or digital interfaces.
• "Prize" means any reward offered to a winner of a Draw, including airtime, electronics, appliances, or other items as specified per Draw.
• "Winnings" means any Prize awarded to a Participant as a result of a successful Draw entry.

1. 3.1 Participation in Santo Draw is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
   • Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;
   • Are resident in Nigeria or a jurisdiction where participation in online prize draws is lawful;
   • Have a valid Nigerian mobile telephone number;
   • Are not an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of Awa Lawa Limited or any company involved in the operation of Santo Draw.
2. 3.2 The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Prize.
3. 3.3 By entering a Draw, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

1. 4.1 To participate in a Draw, you must:
   • Visit the Platform at santidraw.com;
   • Select a Draw of your choice (NGN 50, NGN 200, or NGN 500 tier);
   • Complete the required payment securely via the payment method(s) available on the Platform;
   • Receive confirmation of your Entry via SMS or on-screen notification.
2. 4.2 An Entry is only valid once full payment has been received and confirmed by the Operator. Incomplete or failed payments will not constitute valid Entries.
3. 4.3 There is no limit on the number of Entries a Participant may purchase per Draw unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
4. 4.4 Entry fees are non-refundable once a valid Entry has been confirmed, except where a Draw is cancelled by the Operator.

1. 5.1 Draws are conducted electronically using a randomised selection process. The Operator ensures that all draws are conducted fairly and transparently.
2. 5.2 The draw schedule and closing times for each Draw will be published on the Platform. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in that Draw.
3. 5.3 The results of each Draw will be published on the Platform under the Lucky Winners section and winners will be notified via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of entry.
4. 5.4 The Operator's decision on all matters relating to Draw results is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding Draw outcomes.

1. 6.1 Prizes available in each Draw will be clearly described on the Platform prior to the Draw closing. Prizes may include, but are not limited to, airtime credit, mobile phones, laptops, bicycles, watches, and other items.
2. 6.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless the Operator specifically offers a cash equivalent option at its sole discretion.
3. 6.3 Winners will be contacted via SMS using the mobile number registered at the time of entry. It is the winner's sole responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
4. 6.4 Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the winner being notified. Failure to claim a Prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
5. 6.5 The Operator reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Operator's control.
6. 6.6 Any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to the receipt of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

1. 7.1 All entry fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The entry tiers are NGN 50, NGN 100, and NGN 500, as displayed on the Platform.
2. 7.2 Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Operator does not store card or bank account details.
3. 7.3 By making a payment, you authorise the deduction of the applicable entry fee from your chosen payment method.
4. 7.4 All transactions are subject to the terms of the applicable payment service provider.
5. 7.5 Suspected fraudulent transactions will be investigated and may result in disqualification, account suspension, and referral to relevant authorities.

1. 8.1 You may be required to register an account on the Platform to participate. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2. 8.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
3. 8.3 You must notify the Operator immediately at support@santidraw.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. 8.4 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms or used for fraudulent purposes.

1. 9.1 Santo Draw is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all Participants to play within their means.
2. 9.2 If you feel that your participation in draws is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period by contacting us at santidraw@gmail.com.
3. 9.3 The Operator will comply with all responsible gaming obligations as required by the Ekiti State Lotteries Board.

You must not, in connection with your participation in Santo Draw:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of any Draw;
• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful;
• Resell or commercially exploit your Draw entries without the Operator's written consent;
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing participation limits or eligibility requirements.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any Prizes, account termination, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

1. 11.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Santo Draw name, SantiLotto brand, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Awa Lawa Limited or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
2. 11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

1. 12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your participation in any Draw or your use of the Platform.
2. 12.2 The Operator's total liability to any Participant in connection with any Draw shall not exceed the entry fee paid by that Participant for the relevant Draw.
3. 12.3 The Operator shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, or regulatory action.

1. 13.1 By participating in Santo Draw, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (including your name, mobile number, and transaction details) in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.
2. 13.2 Your data will be used for draw administration, winner notification, customer support, and regulatory compliance purposes.
3. 13.3 The Operator will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, SMS service providers, and regulators as required.

1. 14.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform with at least 7 days' advance notice.
2. 14.2 Your continued participation in any Draw after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. 15.1 The Operator reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any Draw at any time due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. 15.2 In the event of a Draw cancellation, all valid entry fees for that Draw will be refunded to Participants within a reasonable period.

1. 16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. 16.2 Santo Draw is licensed and regulated by the Ekiti State Lotteries Board. Any complaints regarding the conduct of a Draw may be referred to the Ekiti State Lotteries Board if not resolved by the Operator.
3. 16.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the Operator for resolution. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
